Ingredients#

- 2 Tbsp Reduced fat ranch dressing
- 1.5 cup(s), chopped Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s) diced
- 2 Tbsp Barbecue sauce
- 1 cup(s) Frozen corn kernels thawed, or fresh corn
Instructions#
- In medium bowl, toss cabbage, carrots, scallions, and ranch dressing. Divide salad between 2 bowls or storage containers.
- In small bowl, toss chicken and barbecue sauce. Divide chicken between same bowls.
- Top each bowl with ½ cup corn. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
