Ingredients
- 3 lb Ground Beef (90/10)
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 7/8 cup Chili Seasoning
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 30 oz Tomato Juice
- 12 oz Beer (Fat Tire)
- 1 Tbsp Franks Hot Sauce
Directions
- If meat is in “worm” form, squish together before browning.
- Brown beef & pork with salt, pepper, paprika (and optional cayenne pepper for a bit of heat). Drain grease and put in crock pot.
- Original instructions said to save 2 Tbsp fat (1 from pork, 1 from beef) and put into crock pot (optional)
- Add chili seasoning, tomato sauce, tomato juice, beer & hot sauce into crock pot.
- Stir well, cook for 3 hours on Low setting (then set to warm)

- It takes ~1/2 hour to brown meat/mix (if meat is thawed; takes ~1 hour if frozen)
