  • 1/4 Cup Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Chili Powder
  • 1 T Dried Oregano
  • 1 T Dried Thyme
  • 1 t Cayenne Pepper

This is enough to coat an 8 lb pork shoulder (Boston butt)
